Larry Jarnes - Founder
Larry Jarnes launched his construction company, Northboro Builders, in 1998. Northboro Builders began in the residential construction industry before specializing in commercial construction, and over the last twenty-five years, the business has seen phenomenal growth. Since its founding, Northboro has built more than a thousand restaurants across the United States.
Today, the company stands as one of the nation's leading developers for franchise restaurants and hospitality, collaborating with some of the country's most rapidly expanding brands to create freestanding, inline, and airport locations.
Top of form over the years, Jarnes has vertically integrated his business portfolio, expanding beyond design/build construction services. With the addition of the Relentless brand - including Relentless Private Equity Group, Relentless Title & Law, Relentless Real Estate Co., Relentless Properties, and Relentless Equestrian Stables -he has distinguished himself within the competitive construction industry through his unique skillset.
One of Jarnes' specialties is bringing renewed life to urban areas. Most recently, he has dedicated his talents to Melbourne’s Eau Gallie neighborhood and Midtown Melbourne, and he is in the process of transforming the area into a vibrant arts and culture district.
Jen Dustin – Director of Operations
Jen Dustin serves as Director of Operations for Relentless and LJ Real Estate Holdings and Senior Manager/Special Projects for Northboro Builders, where she leads operational strategy and portfolio management for the company’s expanding real estate holdings.
Working directly with founder Larry Jarnes, Dustin oversees the operational infrastructure behind the Relentless portfolio, including property operations, lease administration, tenant relations, and project coordination across multiple commercial and mixed-use properties. Her work ensures that each asset is managed with the same discipline and attention to detail that has defined the Northboro Builders brand.
Dustin plays a key role in aligning development, construction, and long-term property management under a single operational framework. By implementing systems, processes, and strategic oversight across the portfolio, she helps guide projects from acquisition and redevelopment through stabilization and ongoing operations.
Her leadership has strengthened the operational platform supporting the Relentless brand, enabling the company to expand its presence while maintaining a high standard of property management and tenant experience.
Through this integrated approach, Dustin helps ensure that Relentless properties are not only thoughtfully developed, but also professionally managed and positioned for long-term growth.
